ADULT CLINIC

Is an outpatient clinic which assists adults suffering from Mental Health/Mental Illness such as Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety and etc.  We accept Medicaid, Private Insurances and have a Self-Pay Program.  At the time of the Intake Appointment a psychiatric evaluation for diagnosis's purposes is provided as well as an ANSA assessment to determine the level of care (how often the Qualified Mental Health Professional will provide services).  Transportation to and from LFDP appointments are provided if needed.  After the initial appointment is completed the Qualified Mental Health Professional will make contact and set up an appointment to discuss the individuals needs and goals. These services are provided at the individuals home or a place of choice in the community.  Counseling is also provided if needed.

HORIZON CLINIC SERVING BOTH CHILDREN & ADULTS

Is an outpatient clinic which assists adults and children ages 5 and up who are suffering from Mental Health/Behavioral Health/Mental Illness such as ADD, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety and etc. We accept Medicaid, Private Insurances and have a Self-Pay Program.  At the time of the Intake Appointment a psychiatric evaluation for diagnosis's purposes is provided as well as an ANSA/CANs assessment to determine the level of care (how often the Qualified Mental Health Professional will provide services).  Transportation to and from LFDP appointments are provided if needed.  After the initial appointment is completed the Qualified Mental Health Professional will make contact with the individual or parent/LAR to set up an appointment to discuss the individuals or child’s needs and goals. These services are provided at the child’s home or a place of choice in the community.  Counseling is also provided if needed.

EP NOBLE DAY PROGRAM

Is a Day Program for Individuals with Mental Health. Individuals are required to be Medicaid recipients.  Over the age of 18.  Adults will be required to complete the Intake Appointment which consists of a psychiatric evaluation and assessment to determine the level of care. This program provides transportation to and from the facility, breakfast and lunch, a full time Registered Nurse (RN) at the location therefore medication monitoring and other services are offered and included if needed.  Members are provided psychosocial services in a group setting, participate in arts and crafts, and go on outings occasionally.

CHILDRENS CLINIC

These services are provided at the child’s home or a place of choice in the community.  Counseling is also provided if needed.

CLUBHOUSE DAY PROGRAM

Is where La Familia del Paso was founded back in 1988. The La Familia del Paso Clubhouse started with a group of mental health clients for the purpose of mutual help and support.  It is a self-help program operated by men and women recovering from mental illness. Individuals are required to be over the age of 18.  There is no Intake Appointment needed nor transportation is included as this is a social club.  This location is ideally for individuals who would like to socialize and have a sense of belonging.

DAHS PROGRAM (CAROLINA CENTER)

1001 N. Carolina. El Paso, TX 79915

Is a Transitional Program for individuals with IDD graduating from High School and transitioning into adulthood.  Many families are limited to resources after high school.  It is our pleasure to have the program as an option for individuals with IDD.   This program provides transportation to and from the facility, provides breakfast and lunch, a full time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at the location therefore medication monitoring and other services are included.  Members conduct daily activities, arts and crafts, groups, and go on outings occasionally.  Individuals are required to have an IDD diagnosis.  Individuals are required to be Medicaid recipients.  Individuals are not required to complete the Intake Appointment unless the individual is experiencing mental health issues.

Is an apartment complex in which La Familia del Paso oversees. Applications are provided and accepted at the apartment complex which are then processed through the El Paso Housing Authority.
